Brain: Grow New Cells With Three Supplements

According to Robert Love, a neuroscientist, who helps people PREVENT Alzheimer’s disease, the information presented below has been scientifically proven. The current scientific evidence debunks what was taught years ago. We CAN indeed grow NEW brain cells even into our 90’s.

DR. Elizabeth Gould, a neuroscientist at Princeton University. She has published extensively on adult neurogenesis and growing new brain cells especially in the area of the brain for memory.

Supplement #1

Magnesium L-threonate: in the proper amounts can increase a growth factor BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor). It promotes new brain cells and neuro connections. Most Americans are deficient in magnesium which is also good for bone health. Magnesium also supports good sleep and reduces stress and anxiety.

Magnesium L-threonate is known for its ability to cross the blood-brain barrier. This makes it an excellent choice for boosting cognitive health and brain function. This is a highly bioavailable form of magnesium.

Sleep is essential for growing new brain cells.

Supplement #2

Krill Oil: 1,000 mg of EPA, 1,000 mg DHA per day. It can increase BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor) as well. Fish oil will help repair and grow new brain cells.

Why is krill oil better than fish oil?

According to research,  while krill and fish oil both have DHA and EPA, it’s believed that those omega-3 fatty acids found in krill oil have a higher bioavailability — or rate of absorption in your body than fish oil. In addition, krill oil has better absorption, sourced from oceans with much less contamination, it contains astaxanthin which fish oil does not. Astaxanthin helps reduce joint pain and oxidative stress and improves blood flow, endurance, and heart health. Lastly, krill oil does not give that fish burp.

Benefits: improves joint health, fights inflammation, strengthens bones, improves brain function, boosts mood & reduces anxiety, heart health, better-looking skin, and healthy weight loss.

Researchers point out the four things to avoid when buying krill oil supplements. These are four things to avoid: 1. avoid oil sources from places other than the Antarctic Ocean, 2. avoid uncoated soft gels, 3. avoid relying on Amazon reviews, and 4. insufficient return policy.

The number one recommended krill oil I found is Dynamic Krill Oil.

Supplement #3

Lion’s Mane: This is my favorite and I have been taking this for years even before it became popular as a drink for coffee. This has been used in ancient Japanese and Chinese medicine. It increases BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor) and improves memory. In addition, it protects the brain from Alzheimer’s disease by lowering inflammation, and improving sleep (sleep asleep faster, stay asleep faster, and fall back to sleep). This is perhaps why companies blend it with coffee to add caffeine.

Take Lion’s Main extract before bedtime. For optimal health take at least 750 mg of Lion’s Mane extract or 3,000 mg in powder. Other mushrooms in a blend should be chaga, mistake, reishi, and shitake of at least 80 mg in extract or 320 mg in powder. Make sure the label says “fruiting body” (mushroom stem and cap) and avoid supplements with “mycelium grain” (root).

My Suggestion

Click each link below and read the labels. In comparison, to others that are cheaper, these are more potent and purer without fillers. These have been scientifically proven and do not have fillers.
