Baked Pumpkin Doughnuts

A bunch of donuts are on the table

Ingredients: GF, DF, EF, vegan

1 3/4 c King Author flour (GF)

1 t baking powder (AF)

1 t baking soda (AF)(SF)

1/2 t Celtic sea salt (gray)

1 1/2 t Ceylon cinnamon

1 t Mama Vega

pumpkin spice

1/2 c oat milk butter

3/4 c packed DK brown sugar

2 lg eggs (egg substitute)

1 c canned pumpkin

1/3 c vanilla oat milk

1 t pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  • pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
  • sift dry ingredients together
  • set aside
  • whisk together: dark brown sugar, butter, egg substitute (follow instructions on box), pumpkin puree, vanilla oat milk, pure vanilla extract
  • pour wet ingredients into the dry
  • fold ingredients together
  • put into a pastry bag or sip lock bag and cut off the corner
  • squeeze into a doughnut silicon mold or other doughnut mold
  • bake 10-12 minutes, cool, remove from pan, put on the rack, sprinkle with Monk sweetener powder
