Tropical Green Smoothie
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 c coconut water
- 1 T flax seed
- 1 t honey
- 1 medium orange
- 1/4 c frozen mango cubes
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1 c ice
- In a food processor or blender, process the spinach, water, and honey until blended.
- Add the orange, mango, and banana. Process until smooth.
- Add the ice, 1/4 cup at a time, until the desired consistency.
Heath Healthy Blueberry Smoothie
- 1 c blueberries
- ¾ c pomegranate juice
- ½ c coconut yogurt
- ½ c goat milk
- ½ c sprouted rolled oats
- ¼ c maple syrup
- 1 t ground Ceylon cinnamon
Blend blueberries, pomegranate juice, yogurt, milk, oats, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a blender until smooth, about 2 minutes. Enjoy
