Tropical Green Smoothie

  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 c coconut water
  • 1 T flax seed
  • 1 t honey
  • 1 medium orange
  • 1/4 c frozen mango cubes
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1 c ice
  1. In a food processor or blender, process the spinach, water, and honey until blended.
  2. Add the orange, mango, and banana. Process until smooth.
  3. Add the ice, 1/4 cup at a time, until the desired consistency.

Heath Healthy Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 c blueberries
  • ¾ c pomegranate juice
  • ½ c coconut yogurt
  • ½ c goat milk
  • ½ c sprouted rolled oats
  • ¼ c maple syrup
  • 1 t ground Ceylon cinnamon

Blend blueberries, pomegranate juice, yogurt, milk, oats, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a blender until smooth, about 2 minutes. Enjoy

Turmeric, Ginger, and Apple Spice Smoothie

  • 2 apples cored and diced
  • 1/4 inch fresh ginger
  • 1/2 t turmeric
  • 1 c water
  • 1 c ice
  • maple syrup

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve

Ultimate Beet Smoothie for Heart and High Blood Pressure

  • 3 c frozen mixed berries
  • 3 c washed kale
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 t chia seeds
  • 2 t hemp seeds
  • 1 c cooked beets
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 c quinoa
  • 1 1/2 inch ginger peeled and grated
  • 4 dates
  • 2 t flax seeds
  • 1 c coconut water
