Hi, I'm Mama Vega®. If you've found this site, you've probably been struggling with issues like fatigue, stomach pain and discomfort, weight gain, mood swings, brain fog, or other health related concerns. You're just not feeling like the best version of yourself.
Well, I'm glad you're here. I have decades of experience with helping busy entrepreneurs and professionals, like yourself, to achieve optimal health so they can get optimal results in their business or career, and ultimately their life.
How do I do this? I've combined my skills as a nutritionist, educator, and chef to design a holistic approach that delivers information and strategies that are easy to digest (pun intended), with an emphasis on the brain-gut connection.
