Season
eggs with garlic salt and pepper; whisk
until bubbly. Add drained Mama Vega Salsa.
Whisk again. Put butter or margarine in
a 10 inch nonstick frying pan.
Heat on medium-high until butter or margarine
melts. Pour egg and salsa mixture into
pan evenly.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook until
egg moves freely around the pan as one
piece when the pan is moved. Sprinkle
cheese on one half. Fold the half without
the cheese over the cheese half.
Cook another minute allowing the cheese
to melt. Slide onto a plate. Garnish with
sour cream, avocado slices, and additional
Mama Vega Salsa. |
