Recipe Title: SPANISH RICE
Ingredients:
¤ 1/2 cup Mama Vega Salsa drained (retain juice)
¤ 2 oz. retained Mama Vega Salsa juice
¤ 12 oz. water
¤ 2 cups minute rice
¤ 1 teaspoon garlic salt
¤ 1-2 tablespoons taco seasoning
¤ 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Preparation:
Put rice, garlic salt and taco seasoning in a microwavable dish. Stir until blended. Add butter. Cover. Put in microwave and cook on high for 8 minutes. Remove from microwave and fluff with a fork.

If the rice still sticks together, return to microwave and cook on high for another minute. Remove from microwave and fluff with a fork. Add drained Mama Vega's Salsa. Mix evenly. Return to microwave and cook for an additional minute on high
 
Serve.
