Put
rice, garlic salt and taco seasoning in
a microwavable dish. Stir until blended.
Add butter. Cover. Put in microwave and
cook on high for 8 minutes. Remove from
microwave and fluff with a fork.
If the rice still sticks together, return
to microwave and cook on high for another
minute. Remove from microwave and fluff
with a fork. Add drained Mama Vega's Salsa.
Mix evenly. Return to microwave and cook
for an additional minute on high |
